IMMAGE Immunochemistry Systems Rheumatoid Factor (RF) Reagent, PN 447070 The IMMAGE Immunochemistry Systems Rheumatoid Factor (RF) reagent, in conjunction with Beckman Cal 5 Plus, is intended for use in the quantitative determination of human rheumatoid factor concentrations in human serum and plasma samples by rate nephelometry. This assay is designed for use with the IMMAGE Immunochemistry System.
The recall was initiated because Beckman Coulter has confirmed customer reports of QC shifts, lot-to-lot variation, and an increase in the percent of patient samples recovering >20 IU/mL using the Lots# M012376 and M101865 of IMMAGE RF reagent. The lots identified for the RF reagent might produce false abnormal results.

RF IgA Calibrator, a component of the EL-RF/3 Rheumatoid Factor Test Kit; an in vitro diagnostic; TheraTest Laboratories, Lombard, IL 60148; component catalog #12833, kit catalog #303-305. The TheraTest EL-RF/3 is intended as an aid to the diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA).
The RF IgA Calibrator component of the EL-RF/3 Rheumatoid Factor test system may be unstable, resulting in a drop in the RF IgA calibrator OD value which could invalidate an RF IgA test run.

SYNCHRON Rheumatoid Factor (RF) Reagent, Part Number: 475136 A rheumatoid factor immunological test system is a device that consists of the reagents used to measure by immunochemical techniques the rheumatoid factor (antibodies to immunoglobulins) in serum, other body fluids, and tissues.
The recall was initiated because Beckman has confirmed that the all in date lots of Synchron Rheumatoid Factor (RF) Reagent might generate false positive results or calibration failures.

VITROS Chemistry Products Calibrator Kit 16, REF 680 1700, 5x1 mL --- Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, Rochester, NY USA -- Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics High Wycomber, UK. VITROS Chemistry Products Calibrator Kit 16 is used in conjunction with VITROS Chemistry Products FS Calibrator 1 to calibrate the VITROS 5,1 FS Chemistry System, the VITROS 4600 Chemistry System and the VITROS 5600 Integrated System for the quantitative measurement of rheumatoid factor (RF).
Ortho Clinical Diagnostics is recalling Lot 1630 of VITROS Calibrator Kit 16 because it will not likely meet its specified 12 months of stability.

IMMAGE Immunochemistry Systems Rheumatoid Factor (RF) Reagent, Part Number: 447070, Lot Number: M908398 & M911529. Rheumatoid Factor (RF) Reagent, when used in conjunction with IMMAGE Immunochemistry Systems and Calibrator 5 Plus, is intended for the quantitative determination of rheumatoid factor in human serum or plasma by rate nephelometry.
The recall was initiated because the listed lots of Rheumatoid Factor (RF) Reagent might produce false positive results. A false positive result might lead to additional unnecessary testing.

SYNCHRON System(s) Chemistry RF Rheumatoid Factor Part Number 475136 RF reagent, when used in conjunction with SYNCHRON LX System(s), UniCel DxC 600/800 System(s) and SYNCHRON Systems CAL 5 Plus, is intended for quantitative determination of Rheumatoid Factor concentration in human serum or plasma.
The recall was initiated because Beckman Coulter testing indicated that Rheumatoid Factor (RF) reagent lot M907325 will not remain stable to the labeled expiration date.

Rheumatoid Factor Standard (RF CAL) Catalogue Number: RF2301 GTIN: 05055273205039 Product Usage: The Randox Rheumatoid Factor Latex-Enhanced Immunorutbidimetric Test Kit is an in vitro diagnostic reagent for the quantitative determination of rheumatoid factors (RF) in human serum. This test kit may be used to facilitate the detection and diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis. RF have also been observed in the serum of patients with systemic lupus eruthematosus, hepatitis. Liver cirrhosis and syphilis. However, in these conditions the RF titre is much lower than in rheumatoid arthritis. This test kit must be used by suitably qualified personnel under appropriate laboratory conditions. RF calibrator and RF positive control are for use in the calibration and quality control of RF latex-enhanced immunoturbidimetric assays.
The assigned value for Rheumatoid Factor over recovers against the reference material RF serum, 1st British standard from NIBSC. Ref = 64/002. The calibrator values have been adjusted to re-align to the reference material.

Rheumatoid Factor (RF) Kit for use on SPAPLUS, Product #LK151.S.A Intended for the quantitative in-vitro measurement of rheumatoid factor in serum using the Binding Site SPAPLUS analyser. Measurement of rheumatoid factor may aid in the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis. This test should be used in conjunction with other laboratory and clinical findings
The low and high controls for the product are returning results above the assigned values.
